Founded with a vision to create equal opportunities for all young New Zealanders, The WaterBoy with Lugtons has grown from a small community initiative to a nationwide program making real impact. Our journey began when we recognised the barriers preventing many young people from accessing sports and personal development opportunities.

Today, we continue to break down these barriers through our comprehensive programs, partnerships, and community engagement. Every step of our journey has been guided by our commitment to strengthening people and communities across New Zealand.
