As the school year comes to an end we’ve been reminded of how many satisfying visits we’ve made this year with the ‘Everybody’s Game’ speaker series. We’ve visited numerous schools over the Waikato with various sporting personalities and every single one has been an absolute blast. If there’s one good thing about school going back in February, it’s the opportunity to do a whole heap more! Looking forward to it and thanks to those who have helped us share our message!!
Nothing like a bit of Arts & Crafts to get you in the Christmas Spirit 🎄 We spent the afternoon making Christmas Cards for our sponsors and supporters, to let them know how much we appreciate them 💕
One year ago, Beatriz picked up her son from school, and fled her home in Colombia. “The violence is very scary! Over there, I know people, one day, then the next day they are executed, for no reason. I couldn’t let my son stay there” Emanuel was having trouble adjusting to a different type of life, the culture change was confusing him and he was frustrated by his school-home-school-home routine. Then @maiseyharrisco joined his journey....... Last week we started filming Emanuel’s initiative video with Peter and Nathan from @maiseyharrisco, we look forward to showing you the progress Emanuel has made since getting involved in soccer! 🥅 ⚽️
Today we are off to Otorohanga College to present everybody's game, tackling homophobia in sport with @robbie_manson and @hunzbw. This will be our 7th school we are presenting to! The message of equality is so well needed and we thank you all for the support ❤❤
