Programme Manager

Halle Scurrah

Halle coordinates recipient support and programme delivery. She works with whānau, schools and clubs to understand what's needed and help arrange the next steps.

Hamish Kinnaird

Hamish manages WaterBoy's operations, funding, sponsor relationships and communications. He helps coordinate recipient costs and keeps sponsors updated.

Events and Community Engagement

Laura Hulley

Laura coordinates WaterBoy events and community activities. She works with supporters and local groups to organise each event and keep everyone informed.

Fabian Broughton

Fabian leads Te Tamawai Trust, which runs WaterBoy and Taku Wairua. He works with the board and programme teams on the Trust's direction, delivery and community relationships.

Murray Wallace

Murray is the founder, owner and director of Blue Wallace Surveyors in Hamilton. He brings business leadership and experience to the Trust's governance.

Thomas Nabbs

Thomas founded Te Tamawai Trust. He brings knowledge of the Trust's history and community relationships to his work on the board.

Alex Shadbolt

Alex is a New Zealand Police detective with experience on the Waikato Police Negotiation Team. She previously practised family and employment law after graduating from the University of Waikato, and has volunteered with Ronald McDonald House Charities and Make-A-Wish.

Suzanne Mace

Suzanne has more than 25 years' experience as a banking and financial services lawyer in New Zealand and overseas. Her roles have included Board Secretary and Company Secretary for Rabobank New Zealand.

Sagar Rohr

Sagar is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors with more than 15 years' commercial leadership experience in food, beverage, manufacturing and export. He is a former Co-Chair of the New Zealand Beverage Council.
